Ajira AI’s artificial intelligence platform addresses the insurance claim lifecycle in its initial release. Future releases will address loss control and underwriting in property & casualty insurance. The AI platform may be implemented to work with any core system through API integration. The Ajira AI APIs are a set of published REST APIs that perform specific tasks such as video analysis, identification, scoring and alerts. Key claims lifecycle workflows ranging from video analysis of an incident, severity scoring, return to work management and sentiment analysis are addressed in this fully featured artificial intelligence platform.
